Returning to show?
Entry to the show will close at 4:00 PM.
To enter the show, all attendees must have a valid printed badge. If you plan to leave and return later, re-entry is only permitted if you have already printed your badge earlier in the day.
How do I register?
Register online at www.abeexpo.co.uk.
Simply complete the registration form, select your ticket type, and follow the on screen instructions. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your digital entry pass.
Visa Letter?
If you are visiting ABE EXPO 2026 from outside the UK and need an invitation of attendance for a Visa Letter, please contact info@abeexpo.co.uk with a copy of your passport.
Is there a fee to attend?
No — ABE Expo is completely free to attend.
All seminars, live demonstrations, and conferences are also free of charge and CPD-accredited, allowing attendees to gain certified learning hours while exploring the event.
REGISTRATION
Will I need to show proof of qualifications?
For sessions involving regulated treatments, procedures, or clinical content, attendees may be asked to present professional credentials or membership verification.
ACCESS & SESSIONS
Can anyone attend all sessions?
Yes — all ABE Expo seminars and conferences are free to attend and CPD-certified.
Some specialist workshops may require pre-registration due to limited capacity, so we encourage you to plan your schedule early.

Can I arrange meetings in advance?

What is the code of conduct?
ABE Expo Bristol promotes a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for everyone.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Event management reserves the right to revoke entry or credentials if necessary.
Clinical Demonstrations & Safety Standards
Please note that all live demonstrations and any documentation of practitioners performing live demos on exhibition stands or stages have been pre-approved by the ABE Expo Health & Safety Team to ensure full compliance with event regulations.
ABE Expo operates in accordance with the standards and best practice guidance set by the Clinical Advisory Board, ACE Group World, and relevant regulatory bodies.
This framework ensures a safe, controlled, and professional clinical environment for all demonstrations involving aesthetic procedures.

How do I get there?
Ashton Gate Stadium is conveniently located just minutes from Bristol city centre, with excellent transport links from across the South West and beyond.
By Car:
The venue is easily accessible from both the M5 and M4 motorways.
Use postcode BS3 2EJ for your sat nav or navigation apps.
On-site parking is available but limited — we recommend arriving early or considering nearby parking options and public transport.
By Train:
Bristol Temple Meads is the nearest major railway station, located just a short taxi or bus ride from the venue. Regular connections operate from London, Cardiff, Birmingham, and other major UK cities.
By Bus:
Several local bus routes stop within walking distance of Ashton Gate Stadium, offering convenient access from Bristol city centre and surrounding areas.

What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, all attendees and exhibitors will be informed immediately. Any exhibitor or sponsorship payments will be transferred or refunded according to our terms and conditions.
