1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, or otherwise participating in ABE Expo (the “Event”), you agree to comply with this Attendee Policy. If you do not agree, you should not attend the Event.
2. Definitions

Participant: Any individual attending, viewing, or accessing the Event.

Management: ABE Expo and any partners working with ABE Expo to organise or manage the Event.

Credentials: Any badge, ticket, wristband, digital pass, or login that allows access to the Event.
Management may update this policy at any time by posting changes on www.abeexpo.co.uk. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: injury, property damage, or exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19. By participating, you accept all such risks and agree to follow all health and safety instructions issued by authorities or by Management.
4. Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless ABE Expo , the Event Venue, and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Event, except as prohibited by law.
5. Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for all costs related to attending the Event, including travel, accommodation, internet access, and use of personal devices.

Any Credentials issued to you must be safeguarded; lost or stolen Credentials are your responsibility. Credentials are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Management.
6. Access and Technology
You are responsible for meeting any technical requirements necessary to participate, including device compatibility, internet access, and software. Management is not responsible for technical difficulties resulting from your equipment.
7. Personal Property

All personal property is brought at your own risk.

Management reserves the right to screen bags and restrict items at the Event.

Unattended items may be removed or treated as abandoned.
8. Event Conduct

Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, is required.

Management may deny entry or remove any participant engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behaviour.

Credentials may be revoked at Management’s discretion for violations of this policy.
9. Security and Safety

Follow all venue rules, event signage, and staff instructions.

Any hazards or emergencies must be reported to Event staff immediately.
10. Verification of Eligibility
Management may request proof of identification, age, or industry credentials if required. Participants must comply to maintain Event access.
